Without objection, CS FOR SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2(RES) was adopted, read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2(RES) Opposing a proposed international convention classifying coal as a hazardous and noxious material pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSR 2(RES) Final Passage YEAS: 17 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Ellis Excused: Kelly, Lincoln and so, CS FOR SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2(RES) passed the Senate. Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration.
